Full System Replacement in San Clemente

A San Clemente homeowner needed a full system replacement. The 30+ year old equipment was in need of replacement, and the outdoor unit was rusted and worn out. Fortt Mechanical removed the existing furnace, evaporator coil, and condenser, then installed an AC Pro M-Series 5 ton condenser on a new 32 by 32 by 3 pad, an AC Pro A-Series furnace, and a Summit evaporator coil. The work included a custom plenum, brazed and insulated refrigerant lines, condensate drain plumbing, electrical connections, pressure testing, evacuation, charging with R-454B, and final testing in heating and cooling.
